STL Steaks is a premium direct-to-consumer beef brand rooted in the heartland of America. We source our cuts exclusively from two trusted, family-operated meat lockers — Sullivan Meat Locker, owned and operated by my older brother, and Chenoa Meat Locker, run by my Uncle Terry — both known for their commitment to quality, craft, and consistency. Keeping it all in the family is what makes the difference.

Our Story

It all starts with family. My Uncle Terry has been running his family-owned plant for nearly 50 years — a testament to the kind of dedication and craftsmanship that can’t be taught in a classroom. It was Terry who mentored my brother, passing down decades of knowledge about how to source, handle, and cut beef the right way. Today, my brother carries that legacy forward at Sullivan Meat Locker, and together they remain the backbone of everything we do at STL Steaks.
